PIERCING MILL

LOI THERMPROCESS ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE

This continuous furnace performs heat treatment of pipes in a protective hydrogen atmosphere without scale formation. The use of a non-oxidizing atmosphere during pipe heat treatment has eliminated the need for subsequent operations to restore the inner surface of the pipes – specifically, chemical descaling and electrochemical polishing of the pipes.

TXM HYDROGEM FURNACE

The furnace is used for the heat treatment of austenitic stainless steel pipes in a specially created and maintained protective atmosphere, specifically ultra-pure hydrogen. This high-tech equipment prevents the treated pipes from coming into contact with oxygen, which enhances product quality.

CONTINUOUS GAS FURNACE

The continuous gas furnace performs heat treatment of pipes in a controlled gas atmosphere, which helps produce stronger, more corrosion-resistant, and uniform pipes. A uniform temperature required for the specific type of heat treatment is maintained inside the chamber, allowing for the processing of a wide range of pipe assortments.

COLD ROLLING MILLS FOR PIPES

The cold rolling mills for pipes ensure continuous rolling of stainless steel pipes using liquid lubricants, delivering high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality (finished pipe roughness value Ra ≤ 0.5) in accordance with modern standards for high-tech industries.

REIKA STRAIGHTENER

Reika RRM 100 offers high-precision geometry along the entire tube length by setting the straightening parameters depending on the actual dimensions and material automatically

HEMO DEGREASING MACHINE

Three HEMO pipe degreasing units guarantee the removal of all lubricant residues from the pipe surface. Vacuum drying has a positive effect on surface quality during non-oxidative heat treatment of pipes.

High-performance grinding machines from LOESER GmbH (Germany) provide the quality of outer surface that meets the requirements of our domestic and international customers

COMPREHENSIVE TESTING SYSTEMS

New equipment was used to upgrade our non-destructive testing systems. It enables ultrasonic testing for both longitudinal and transverse defects and laminations

COMPREHENSIVE TESTING SOLUTION FOR INNER PIPE SURFACES

We inspect inner pipe surfaces and sense inner eddy currents with an automated solution by Russia’s AVEK
