CYBERSTEEL at Metal-Expo 2025

Established in 2020, CYBERSTEEL has covered an enormous distance in five years, one that many companies take decades to travel. We changed our approach to business, focusing our attention on several components. The first component is personnel. We created a production environment that is attractive to young people. Our employees are distinguished by their readiness for rapid transformations, training, and a non-standard approach to problem-solving. Second, we created a digital twin of the manufacturing facility and an intellectual data management system. This allows us to collect complete analytics on all processes and track the entire manufacturing cycle, which improves performance both in terms of increasing output volume and reducing its cost. The third component is technological advantage. We updated the manufacturing technology and the entire fleet of equipment, and launched our own R&D center, which allowed us to offer in-demand products on the market and strengthen our leadership in innovation and new technologies. All of this combined has made it possible, despite economic challenges, to secure a strong position in the Russian pipe products market and increase our share from 17 to 33 %, pushing out Chinese manufacturers. Today, CYBERSTEEL is a symbol of high quality, engineering thinking, and client service. Our next step is to strengthen cooperation with steel-making companies to produce new steel grades, new alloys, and metals that are important for the development of our R&D program and the continuation of import substitution of Asian suppliers.
